Use your UAN and Password to log in. Enter the Captcha code properly.
In the top menu, click on Online Services > Claim (Form-31, 19, 10C & 10D).
Enter the last 4 digits of your bank account number and click "Verify". This ensures money goes to the right person.
Select "PF Advance (Form 31)" for partial withdrawal (illness, marriage, etc.). Use Form 19 only if you have resigned.
Upload a clear photo of your Cheque or Passbook. Then enter the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
